People like to see whom theyre writing to and as a result, profiles with photographs get up to ten times more clicks as profiles that dont have one. You can either upload a photo from a digital camera or by scanning in the picture then uploading it.

Create a catchy title for your profile

When members search listings on the site, the title of your profile is listed next to your name. As a general rule, profile titles like Hi! does not catch peoples attention, where as more personalized titles do.

Think before you write

Feel free to write as much as you want in our If I want to describe myself I would say section of the Membership Form.

Tell other members about yourself, for instance

Your likes and dislikes, things you enjoy doing, what line of work youre in, what your personality is like, even your hopes and dreams. The better your profile describes you, the more likely it is that others will read and respond to it. If you cant think of anything right away, you can always add more to your profile later. And dont forget to fill out the optional profile questions - these will also help other members get to know you even better.

Are profiles censored, and is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?

Yes, all profiles are censored. KickAss Love Membership team approves all members profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information etc, in your profile, including but not limited to:

• Any direct contact information (i.e., email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, full names, addresses)
• Any location or descriptive information that threatens a members anonymity
• Abusive language of any kind (i.e., vulgarity, racism)
• Discussion or descriptions of illegal acts or behavior (i.e., drug use, violence)
• Business or political advertisements or solicitations
• Material that exploits or solicits personal information from other individuals
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material

How long does it take to have my profile posted?

Member’s profiles are approved automatically. KickAss Love Membership team reviews all member’s profiles when they are originally created as well as when they are modified. We reserve the right to refuse any profiles. If your profile is rejected, you will be notified within 72 hours. NOTE: Abuses to instant profile approval may result in delay of approval for up to 72 hours.

How do I update my profile?

To update your profile, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the site using your Username and Password.

2. Click on the Edit Profile located on the left hand side of the page.

Make all necessary changes and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Why/How do I upload my Photograph(s)?

Looking at photos is an important part of most peoples selection process. A nice picture of you adds personality and presence to your profile and profiles with photos get browsed ten times more often than those without photos.

What are the guidelines for posting a photo?

Initial Profile Photograph must be fully clothed. No illegal material may be posted at any time , this result in the in the loss of your membership. We suggest you use use good taste and use only quality images. We reserve the right to reject any photo at our discretion.

You must be in the photo and clearly visible. Images of minors (children) will ensure rejection of the photograph.

Photo Tips

Use a current photo, users do not like to be deceived by old pictures of you when you looked different, use common sense.. Single Females use a current photo of you alone not with your boyfriend. Both Single Female and Married Couples must use a FULL CLOTHED PICTURE as your primary image. These are protection mechanisms designed to keep you safe and from being harassed.

How do I upload/post a Photo

Login into the site with your username and password. Click on Upload Photos, located on the left side of the page and follow the instructions.

Once approved, uploaded photos will be posted as they are submitted. Our system automatically crops your photo if necessary before uploading it. Due to the volume of photos that we receive, it may take up to 5 working days for your photo to appear on your profile.

How do I temporarily turn off my profile?

To turn off your profile so that other members cannot see it, please follow these steps:

1. Log into KickAss Love with your username and password.

2. Click on the Control Panel or Edit Profile link on the left hand side of the page.

3. Click on Suspend Account that appears in Blue and follow the instruction.

4. If you later want to reverse it, go back into the same page and click on Activate Account.

To permanently delete your profile, go to Control Panel and click on unregister me link. This is not recommended in case you later change your mind. Moreover, you can safely suspend your account and no one will be able to view your profile.

I forgot my username and/or password, what do I do?

Simply follow the link to our home page and under members login section, click on Forgot for our automated password/Username lookup form. Your username and password is then emailed to your email account.

How do I change my password?

1. Log into the site using your username and password.

2. Click on the My Profile and scroll down to where your password is.

3. Enter your new password in the appropriate box and click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my email address?

1. Log into the site using your username and password.

2. Click on the Edit Profile and scroll down to where your email address is.

3. Enter your new email address in the appropriate box and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

How do I search for other members?

There are three ways that you can search our database: by username, by id or by choosing other selection criteria.

If you are looking for a specific person and you remember their username or id, enter it in the User Name or User Id field at the top of the Search Page.

If you are not looking for a specific person, but rather someone who matches a description you give, then select other fields on the Extensive Search Page. You can search by almost any category of information that we keep track of, including sex, location, languages spoken, etc.

How do I send Kisses! to other members?

1. You need to be logged in with your membership detail.

2. Carry out a username search of the member.

3. When the members detail appears, click on the link Kiss!.

How do I send emails to members?

Only Subscribed Members can initiate email contact with other members: To contact other members please follow these steps:

1. Log into the site using your username and password.

2. Click on the Search Profiles link.

3. Enter the username of the member you wish to contact into the username search field, or select your search preferences and click on the Search button to see your results.

4. Click on a Contact icon below the members summary profile and proceed accordingly. Type the Subject, Write your message, and click on Send, to send your message.

Standard (Non Paying) members: Standard members are allowed to view as many numbers of profiles as they wish but cannot email any member.

How do I get emails from other members?

KickAss Love uses a sophisticated emailing system. When you get mail, it goes into your mailbox on KickAss Love, and you are also automatically notified in your private email address. (The sender does not get to see your private email address. This double emailing is driven by our database.) This will present you with a link back to KickAss Love, where you can then log in as usual to read your mail.

How do I block members from contacting me?

1. Log into the site using your username and password.

2. Carry out a username search of the member.

3. When the members detail appears, click on Block.

What is the Cupid Service and how do I use it?

The Cupid service allows you, as an KickAss Love member to select a variety of personal characteristics that youre looking for in a person, and the site will then notify you via emails of new KickAss Love members who match your preferences. In other words, you will receive prompt notification of new members without having to come to the site every day to look for them yourself.
